Description

Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, toxic, flammable gas.
  

Applications
Component in calibration gas mixtures for environmental monitoring systems and industrial hygiene gas mixtures. In semiconductor fabrication: selective oxide etching in conjunction with C4F8. Used in the manufacturing of metal carbonyls.
